Very rude customer service, the drive through operator got mad when I asked if I can add an additional item and forgot drink, The food was very stale. Never going back to this location

Terrible. As others have said, I have decided to stop coming to this location as well. The first time, my Royal cheesecake blizzard was great, the second time it gave brownie crumble bits in it, the third time (today) it was completely melted, and was nothing but cinnamon? What a shame. This is by far the newest and nicest location I’ve seen, but it is clearly being mismanaged. Seriously. No idea what this concoction was supposed to be but really ridiculous. Poured it in the sink and there were strawberries but no cheesecake bites. It’s as if they literally just hit the “f it” button and made up a new recipe.

Felt very rushed and borderline rude. Didn’t even give us time to request a simple change.
