the closing staff today (3/23/24) was so kind & so sweet. i was running behind picking up my order and let them know. all of the people working tonight reassured me that it was no big deal & not to worry. they were waiting when i got there & handed me my food. greatest customer service, despite me getting there after they closed :( i’ll be back 1000x more! shout out to you guys & thanks again. u deserve all the tips

Trinitee has the best personality ever!! We usually order online but we stopped after practice for drinks and she has the personality to be working the front !!!

The Korean Bowl with noodles and tons of kimchi is a must! Delicious, fresh, healthy, fast food.

They ran out of over half their menu items.

Usually, we enjoy coming here - many, many times over the years. Love the food, the choices, & the friendly staff. I do not, however, think it’s the store policy to begin one person’s order only to put it aside when another person enters, yet that is what happened today. I watched as the young lady working behind the counter did just that. Odd, & I don’t think the owner would care for it either. Please note, the one star for service refers to one time … normally it is a four/five.

It’s not awful but if you really love ramen , boba , and kimchi…. this place gonna make you mad….. i’m used to something different.
