Panera Bread

The pepperoni mozzarella sandwich was not worth the money. It was dry and tasted only of pepperoni. Not much flavor beyond that. The bread was hard and the cheese didn't melt. I'm fact, there was barely even any cheese. It was gross, and I won't be ordering this again.

Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized that they had only put one sandwich in versus two. We checked the receipt and it did say just one so apparently the Cashier did not hear us when we placed our order. Perhaps the cashier should repeat your order back to you so that you can correct it if need be.

Ray, TJ, April, and Maureen are great employees. But this location needs some serious TLC. The floors sticky and walls are greasy and dirty. The drink area is always a sticky mess. PLEASE CONSIDER A CLEANING.

Food was great. Service was pretty good. Restaurant was cold and dirty. Outside patio was dirty. Dishes piled up at the drop off and they weren't even busy.

This location never looks clean. Floor constantly has bits of food under tables, etc. Staff is ok, but needs to stay busy working instead of socializing.

Small servings on soup. You order a bowl of soup it comes in a big bowl but has the same amount of soup as a cup of soup. Sandwiches are good as are the bread and deserts. Careful when you pick up your food. 2 items were missing when we picked up our orders. They fixed it but just check. Good location and parking.
