Update: two months later and still the same exact problem i just ordered the same large royal new York blizzard with extra strawberry and it honestly looks like i got less strawberry than normal. still one star quality get bent DQ . wont be wasting my money here anymore you have lost my business I’ve only came here a handful of time but the last 3 times I have came craving strawberry and I order the royal cheesecake strawberry blizzard and without fail I get a half squirt of strawberry and maybe a strawberry or 2. I appreciate the waste of my time and money I’ll just stick to Wendy’s

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes just for a small blizzard. Had to pull up and wait. The drive thru worker had a poor attitude. When I finally got my blizzard there was a cup covering the top and it was all melted. Who wants to drink ice cream? The blizzard tasted like water and had no flavor. I got the cheesecake blizzard and there was barely any full cheesecake pieces in it was all melted into the ice cream. Way too much money for poor service long wait and crappy ice cream.

Stopped in for lunch with my family. Not busy at all there was only two other groups of people already sitting eating and no line inside or in the drive through. Ordered our food and sat down. About 10 minutes later they brought out fries that where cold and my wife's chicken sandwich and said they would bring the rest soon. Another 10 passed and they brought out my daughters chicken strips for her kids meal and said mine and my sons burgers would be out soon. Another 10 minutes passed totaling 30 minutes now they bring my burger out and said my sons will be out soon. Coming up on another 10 minutes I decided to go ask about his burger, before I asked they rush out with his cold burger that had to be sitting for some time now. Totally unacceptable. Frist if I want to eat lunch with my family I expect to eat with my family not one at a time. Second if I'm going to wait 35+ minutes for my food I'm going to a sit down restaurant not a "fast food" place. And last if my food is not done don't bring my sides out cold before my main. I will never return to this location again.

Good food, great service, and a clean restaurant. My meal was accurately filled and fresh. The employees have been friendly and professional every time I visited.
