My 12 year old (foodie) son and I ate here for our monthly Mama/Kiddo date night, and it was beyond excellent! We like to go to a new upscale restaurant once a month to try something new, but now he wants to come back here once a month until we've tried everything! Frog legs were amazing, my son loved the herb crusted lamb, and the beef wellington was so good! The chocolate dessert that was the special was so good that we also ordered one to go. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

First Timers Here!! I made a Birthday reservation for my boyfriend solely on the good reviews, however our experience differed a bit. We arrived a few minutes early & were seated right away, which was good. Nice ambiance, but no table dressing or mention of a birthday celebration…okay fine. The Server was nice, but the service was pretty slow and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. The food was also rather underwhelming. We ordered lobster croquettes & Caesar salad as appetizers. The lobster didn’t taste fresh and the lettuce was hard, not crisp. For our entrees, my boyfriend ordered the ribeye (medium) and I ordered the salmon. Both were overcooked. To top it off, when the Server did call out the birthday she offered us a choice of dessert or champagne. We opted for the champagne. When she finally returned, she had one small glass of champagne. Two glasses of champagne for us to cheers on his special day would’ve been ideal, but I digress. We probably won’t return, but I do hope the next customer experience is better than ours was.

We love this place. By far the best restaurant in Chandler, AZ. Service is amazing, food is spectacular, wine selection is outstanding. I personally love the mozzarella burrata salad. Everything is great there though. As a treat get the fresh baguette with butter to start. Thank you Cuisine & Wine Bistro for always taking great care of us.

We went here for our anniversary. Service and food was excellent. We seem to always choose French cuisine for special occasions. This place did not disappoint! Even though we were pretty full, we finished our plates and had desert. Great espresso martinis as well. We had a lovely time and we definitely be back!

The 26 Oz bone in ribeye was absolutely outstanding. The New Bedford Scallops were equally amazing. Our waitress Monica treated us incredibly and she was amazing. To top it all off, our Sommelier was top notch and our Pinot Noir was incredible. This is definitely one of our go back to restaurants!

What a fabulous place for an easy romantic night out, or a relaxing evening. Atmosphere is delightful and natural feel. Servers are very friendly and attentive to all their customers coming and going. We’ve sat at the bar and table dining area and both have a low key vibe. They make one of the most delicious espresso martini’s and have a very extensive wine selection for any occasion or dish. Food specials are always changing and surprising. When we dined in we noticed the menu had been updated but still had the incredible food items that continue to love. The burrata salad and French onion soup are a must for any visit. The beef Wellington is an absolute first-class dish that is cooked to perfection and is complimented very well with its side dishes. Any chance we get, we always choose this place for its people, service and location. If you are looking for something different but elegant this place will be sure to check all the boxes for any occasion.

We tried this restaurant when we first moved here 6 years ago and remember loving it, although I do think it was at a different location. Last night we decided to try it again. I’ll start with the pros. The restaurant is very modern and chic. Our server was super nice and helpful. We started with an old fashioned and a vieux carre, both of which were good. We had French onion soup as a starter. We found it a little tricky to eat because it was constructed differently than typical French onion soup. It had a slice of bread with melted cheese on top, rather than the bread in the soup with the cheese covering the dish. Once we got the hang of eating it, it was delicious. My husband ordered a black Manhattan and it took a very long time to get it. In the meantime I had finished my drink and ordered another. After our first drinks, we never had a drink at the same time again. He ordered the duck confit, which came with a sweet potato purée. It was pretty good but we felt like it had an underwhelming amount of shredded up duck and that you couldn’t really enjoy the duck on its own because it was covered in the purée. He also got the fries because we had read reviews that said they were really good, and they were probably the best part of our meal. I had the filet, medium rare, with duchesse potatoes. The steak came out medium well. It was so disappointing. I ordered it with a bordelaise sauce, which honestly really saved it. It was also a very mealy texture, which I really don’t expect from a filet. My husband wondered if this steak was perhaps sous vide improperly or for too long? (Just a thought, not sure how it was actually prepared). This is a major part of why our rating is 3 stars (although we agree we would like to have given 3.5 stars, but that’s not an option). I feel like at a restaurant that charges $54 for a filet it should be done perfectly. My last drink was a sazerac, it was excellent. My husband decided to order one as well. It came out a different color and was not excellent. He did let the server know. We were hoping to try a dessert but after feeling disappointed by several parts of our meal, we didn’t want to spend anymore money. This was a rare night out for two tired parents and we just had really high hopes. Maybe we’ll try it again someday and see if it was just an off night.
