If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an online order, and when my mother and I went to pick it up, they hadn't received it. The bartender was very rude about it. I showed the chef (who was very polite) the confirmation email which included their address, so he went to make it at that point. I took it home, and when I opened it up, the sides and toppings were missing from the tacos. Disappointing and really inconvenient. I would NOT recommend.

First time here based on a recommendation from a friend. If I'm in Falls Church I'll seek it out again.

Hola hoy llegué a este restaurante con mi familia,y los que atienden son latinos,entonse dije yo, la atencion va ser buena porque son de nuestra misma cultura y lamentablemente no fue así,porque después de nosotros llegó otra mesa y eran americanos y miro que a ellos les sirvieron primero que a nosotros y todabia mi esposa esperando su bebida que ella pidió,y ala hora de pagar,como es en una maquina de ellos te enseñan la factura rápido y cuando pague miro que porque salio tan caro,y claro cuando me da la copia del recibo miro que por un postre me estaban cobrando 72 dólares,entonse llamo ala mesera y me dice pienso fue la maquina Que hizo eso sola,tengan mucho cuidado ,y la atención es realmente escogida para ciertas raza que ellos quieren atender mejor...

The food was pretty good (cheese enchiladas), service kind of slow we were double charged for one of the entrées, but the server fixed it). Atmosphere was nice; small and well decorated. I would like to try the cocktails - they looked good but I was driving so I didn't have any.

We had a great time with friends here. The ceviche was delicious, as was my wife's chimichanga. Highly recommend.

We really loved this place, but had an unfortunate incident on Christmas Eve where Cuates' website took orders/payment when Cuates was closed. We got in contact and were told we'd get a refund, but I have yet to see my money back. Would love to go back, but won't until my money is refunded. Update: 1/2/2024: I have not received any refund. We've tried to reach you by telephone today 2x but no one was around to help. It's been over 7 days since we spoke and nearly 10 days since 12/24. I just want a gift card or my money back.
