Corina Bakery

I had the Best Italian pesto sandwich here today. Not to mention all the goodies to go! This place is a slice of heaven.. the best service to boot!

I wanted one of everything. The portions were huge for the low price you pay. I had a cake pop for $3.50 and one was more than enough in terms of richness in flavor. Everything looked and tasted so good!

I always regret going to Corina. It benefits from being the only real bakery in Tacoma but before moving here I was going to Bakery Nouveau in Seattle and side by side, this place is an elementary school bake sale. Outside of their pre-made breakfast sandwiches being of gas station quality there is nothing wrong with most of the stuff they make, it's just not up to my personal standards. It's still the best bakery in Tacoma by a mile, don't get me wrong, it's just that the bar in this town is so astronomically low that this place shines and that's really unfortunate.
