I ordered the large ice cream and was told I can substitute toppings. I asked for sprinkles instead of crystals and m&ms instead of chocolate chips. The server Jade started to make the mixture and put like 10 sprinkles, i asked her to please don't skimp on it and she had an attitude and added more. I went to pay and she charged me the full price plus 3 additional toppings. I told her that's not right and she had an attitude. I called and asked for the manager who blew me off. The staff is so unprofessional and gives cold stone a bad image. They need training on customer service. Really bad experience. Manager still never called me back!

I just had the dark chocolate ice cram and it was amazing. I highly recommend trying that one with brownies in it. Please keep this flavor forever cold stone, I can’t live without it 😣🤞

Their new flavor dark chocolate is INCREDIBLE. It should be a permanent flavor. Best ice cream I have ever had, I don't think anything could top their dark chocolate . Highly recommend

Feeling very disappointed drove half hour to get here. Always get the same thing cake batter red velvet and pecans get there and they don't have red velvet.

When you want to treat yourself to something sweet and tasty this is a place to be they have good customer service the line was pretty long but they got you through it very fast they also have a new ice cream place in the area you might want to try that as well

This is getting 1 star simply for the price. Over $7 for a small ice cream is outrageous. You can buy a whole tub of premium ice cream from publix for less than that. Never Again!

I went into cold stone today and i was very happy with the service i was provided that i simply wanted to write a review . My order is a bit complicated and the girl who was helping me was very patient and sweet despite how picky i am lol ! I don’t remember her name but i remember she had long black hair and eyeliner . I will definitely be coming again 10/10 service to this sweet girl thank you !
