The food when delivered they don’t cut the pizza well and sometimes the pizza seems cold and other times not cooked all the way

Order on Sept 10 thru Pizza Hut Website and got rewards points. I ordered Bacon Cheese Sticks and Pepperoni Melt I then went to pick my order up at the store. I walked in and expected the order to be ready and it wasn't. I sat for a good 10 minutes or more. My order is finally ready and I am cashed out. I ask the cashier to swap out my ranch sauce for a marina sauce for my Bacon Cheese Sticks. The cashier then proceeds to lie to me and tell me it's 75 cents because the sauce is shipped in. However, that was a lie as I checked once getting back to work and discovered it was the same prepped sauce they use for the melts. I emailed Pizza Hut immediately and informed them I wanted my 75 cents back. I am told the same nonsense of they apologize and give them 3 business days and the store manager will be in touch with me. However, we are almost a month later and I have still not received a call or email back from the store manager. This location as when down since the older white lady manager is no longer the manager. You have kids running this location and lying to the customers face stealing money from the customers. However, Pizza Hut refuse to fix the problem and will continue to send BS emails back on this site to email them directly to fix the problem. No, I am good I will take my business elsewhere you scam artist. Avoid this and all Pizza Hut locations at all cost as they will rip you off and refuse to email you back or answer your calls. Yes I call your toll free number and that direct customers back to email you guys. A joke of a company that needs to be put to sleep once and for all.

Estimated delivery is always wrong, can’t get ahold of anyone, the chat app has no one that responds. On hold for 15 mins and no one answers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. I ordered my pizza online, and the status showed it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I could see my pizza sitting there, clearly ready. However, the cashier, Jermiah, made me wait for 30 minutes without any valid reason. I politely asked him, "Sir, my pizza is ready, and I can see it. Could I please have it?" Instead of helping, he just stared at me, not even offering an apology.This kind of service is unacceptable. It seems like the employees here are not concerned about customer satisfaction or management oversight. Pizza Hut should seriously consider taking action against such lazy and indifferent behavior. Very disappointing.

Very nasty. No effort put into the food. Disgusting.

Ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese and they messed it up. Kept us on hold for almost 30 minutes, told me it was going to be remade. Then we went to pick it up didn't make it, told us 15 to 20 minutes and came back they still hadn't even started making it.

I recently ordered the new Tavern style pizza from this location, and it was delicious! The staff was very courteous and friendly, and the pizza was prepared quickly and served hot. I would recommend giving it a try!

Short summary: Terrible service! Scammy pricing. Details: Tried to order carry out and was told over 40$ for 2 stuffed crust pizzas. Online shows only 13.99 each for this store. I looked at receipt from last order and definately didnt pay $20 per pizza when I called it in last week from same store. The guy really didn't care or even try to look at their own website pricing. Pizza Hut sure has gone down hill.

Nobody knows what they’re doing. Charged me $18 for a pizza they’re selling for $12 cause I only wanted pepperoni on half. To be clear, the $12 pizza comes with up to 10 toppings. I asked for 1 topping with only half the normal amount. Lady at the front was clueless. Said I couldn’t talk to the manager.

Pizza ordered through the app. It said 25 minutes which is longer than normal but ok. However, when I arrive and waited 10 minutes in line, they inform me it will be 45 minutes before it is ready. I guess the app information can’t be trusted. It was Pizza Hut promotion that I earned a free pizza, but obviously I was push back for paying customers. I like Pizza Hut pizza, but this location has problems.
