Hagan O'Reilly's Irish Pub

We came for lunch on a Saturday. There was one server running the whole restaurant and the bar and was clearly in the weeds. The food took well over 30 minutes to come out and when it finally arrived everything was cold and under-seasoned. The restaurant and bathrooms look like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

Stopped in for late lunch, ordered bangers and mash. Mash cold, waited for another beer through whole meal after requesting never arrived. Wife ordered fish and fries, fish was awesome. But fries were also cold, a new order was provided. Dinning room only had 2 other tables. During our dinning. Not recommended.

Food was not as shown on the menu! I called the manager and he never offered to give money back after spending over $60. The manager only offered a discount on my next order. I have been going here for over 4 years and I gotta say I’ll never go back!

Food was good service good although it did take some time for or food to come out

Shrimp, grilled Cheeseburger, Reuben, and Nashville chicken sandwiches were ALL delicious and very filling!! The owners even came to our table to check on everything!!

I love Hagan O'Reillys. Kind of a hidden gem in a plaza in Winter Garden, it's a cute spot with great atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They offer karaoke, comedy, and live music/gaming events throughout the week. Prices are decent and the quality of food and drinks is amazing!

Uber had dropped the ball with an order but we called them and they are simply the nicest people. They substituted the order and when I went to pick it up they were just so kind.
