Kids working windows could not get my order right. Very rude & disrespectful as if it were my fault!!! Terrible experience. Dunkin needs to close this location until good management takes over.
So there I was, a simple man with simple dreams—dreams that involved a dozen donuts and a fleeting escape from the chaos of everyday life. Little did I know, I was about to embark on an epic saga rivaling any superhero adventure.
I sauntered into this Dunkin’ Donuts Store, visions of glazed perfection dancing in my head. I ordered a dozen donuts - six of the twelve being French Crullers because I’m a connoisseur of twisted pastries. The cashier rings me up and casually says, “That’ll be $27.” Twenty-seven dollars. For one dozen donuts? Unless these donuts were hand-delivered by unicorns, something was off.
I politely questioned the price, engaging in a mathematical duel that would make Pythagoras proud. After some deliberation, they “graciously” reduced the extra charge from six French Crullers to two, still overcharging me while assuring me they had performed some kind of financial miracle. It was like watching someone try to divide by zero—painful and fundamentally flawed.
But wait, there’s more! The French Crullers tasted like they had given up on life, possibly contemplating their existence in a universe that doesn’t appreciate them. The strawberry frosting on another donut wasn’t even pink; it was the color of disappointment and tasted about the same.
Feeling like a hero in need of a sidekick, I reached out to Nicole, the district manager, hoping she’d swoop in to save the day. Spoiler alert: she didn’t. Her responses were as elusive as a Hollywood A-lister at a small-town comic convention. When she finally did reply, it was with all the enthusiasm of a sloth on a caffeine detox, offering a minimal refund and zero solutions.
It’s clear that customer service at this location is about as robust as a wet paper bag. The staff seems baffled by basic transactions, and management appears to be practicing the ancient art of ignoring problems until they disappear.
In conclusion, if you’re in the mood for an overcharged, underwhelming pastry experience sprinkled with apathy, this is your spot. Otherwise, I’d suggest venturing elsewhere—perhaps to a place where the math adds up and the managers care that it does.
They almost never have Chocolate frosted donuts. 11:25am and they are not able to make more donuts. My complaint have been notified by corporate. Store number 353086
Drive thru moves super slow due to the speaker not working. Unfortunately you won't know this until trapped halfway around the building and no room to bail. So this means everyone is waiting to give their order at the window. This was also like this before Hurricane Milton.
This is the absolute slowest Dunkin. They take one order and give the order at the window before they will take another order. They act like you are a bother to them for being there.
I live a quarter mile away from this location. My friend was stopping at this location to pick up breakfast for himself and he asked me if I wanted something and I responded requesting a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. When he arrived and he gave me the cream cheese bagel, I noticed that I had to chew hard to get through the first two bites. It felt like it was a three day old bagel. So two hours later, I stopped by the branch and I asked for it to be replaced. I was greeted by a person at the front desk that was not able to make that decision so she went and got someone else out of the back who came out and asked me, when did I buy it? I showed her on the side of the bag that has their sticker with the time that it was purchased and she misread it and said that’s she will not replace it because it was purchased a 1:41 in the morning and we’re not open at 1:41 in the morning. I looked at the sticker that has the transaction information and I told her to look it says 7:41 AM. She then went on to tell me that their bagels are fresh and made daily. Now she also mentioned that I already had taken two bites out of it and I said yes I realize that and that’s when I decided that I just didn’t care to eat the rest of. She now asked me for a receipt, I said I don’t have a receipt because I had my friend pick it up for me. The only thing that is visible for the transaction is the label that is printed and paste it onto the paper bag that shows that it was purchased at her location and the time. She went on to tell me well next time you’re going to need a receipt and she begrudgingly ordered one of her employees to replace a bagel with cream cheese. I have already experienced other customer service issues at this branch because this privately owned. I think that the owner is very strict with the employees not allowing them to exchange or replace improperly made or non-fresh orders. These bagels are not cheap and all you ask is for something you can chew and enjoy the flavor.
I know not to go to this location because of the lack of customer service initiative. they’re OK with letting a customer leave and not care if the customer comes back or not. The rest of the employees were working with hard lips, which tells me that they are not happy working at this place. I would definitely go down the road and find the next one go to Wawa and pick up a breakfast sandwich there with your coffee.
Just went through drive thru. Quick service and they got my coffee right. :)
I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and asked for it to be cut in half, but the worker refused. The customer service was poor. Is the owner reading these one-star reviews? The staff seems lazy and disinterested in their job.
It was the worst experience of my life with Donuts! I arrived with my children to buy donuts at 3:50 pm and there were almost no donuts except for 3 of the lemon flavor, I bought them because my children really wanted them! and they were so bad that I threw them away, not because they were lemon but because the taste of burnt oil was so strong that my hand smelled like burnt oil, the taste was bitter and I couldn't taste the sugar or lemon cream It was so horrible that I couldn't even call it a cream! extremely upset!! and I even got tremendous heartburn, I think it was ruined. a star believe it is a lot 🗑️ 🚮
Food is good but they always run out of the classic doughnuts🥴 . Service is fast but some employees are rude others are nice so it just depends on who's working to make the atmosphere good or bad.
All the employees were very rude. I understand that they may not be happy with their job, but they work in a fast food chain dealing with customers. They should at least have some respect talking with their customers. Food was also prepared badly. Personally, I have worked at a starbucks and we have always been taught to show great customer service, if not, we would be penalized. This location’s employees were very rude, disrespectful, and also sidetracked with airpods in their ears. I do not expect them to smiley and be cheery, but at least have some decency to speak with kind words.
Both employees on the drive through were extremely rude and blunt, service was lazy and rushed. We had to wait 6+ minutes for 2 medium matcha lattes and both drinks came out milky, luke-warm, and with matcha all down the sides of the cups. The woman in the window handed the drinks to me by limply dangling them out of her window and waited for me to grab them, and instead of a “is that everything?” Or a “have a good day!” She stared at me until I drove away.
I have been a barista myself and I understand everyone has their bad days and sometimes you may become short with a customer by mistake, but this behavior is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
