It never fails. OMGosh!!!! The cakes are always special. I per order them and they feel like they were made with love. I’ve gotten cakes on demand and everyone’s mouth waters. And they make the best Banana Splits ever!!!!!!

today i order at 9:50 pm french vanila and orange sorbet for the togo icecream is so good but that girl who was on counter was so rude she doesn’t give us any kind of topping and didn’t ask for any other thing just put the icecream in the box and said this is your order and get the lid from there . This is not customer service. But that boy was so good

I came in on July 7th, around 8:00 pm. The curly haired guy served me THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY 42 YEARS ON THE PLANET. I will be coming back, and I hope that he will be there.😼

I was staying in Sunnyvale, recovering from covid. On Saturday the 6th of July at 11.05, I looked up on Google the closest cold stone. As it turned out, it was 20 minutes away. I raced to get there on time, I arrived at 11.24. As I went to the door it was locked. The employee with curly hair waved me off. I indicated I was there 6 minutes b4 your internet posted time. He turned to his fellow employee and had a laugh. While I was standing there 6 more customers showed up. I don't know about how the owner would feel about an employee laughing about the loss of 100.USD in revenue.

Served us two melted ice creams. Nearly soup. We let them know it’s melted and just got a blank stare back.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon at 12:15 The door was wide open There were 4 people sitting at a table, and they said they were closed

They closed 15 minutes early and were so rude that they didn’t let us even have one ice cream while they were just talking.

This coldstone has gone downhill. The ice creams were melted. Fruit was rotten. Messy atmosphere. Employees dont seem happy, at all. Do better Fremont.

It looks like the employees dont care about the customers. I got services denied because they said they close early but they had the door open?? I google it and it said that they still open for 35 more minutes. I end up going to another location in automall and got ice cream for my whole family. I mention to the other location what happened and they said its common practice on this location were the employees mistreated the costumer and do what they want to do. This place needs to have some one that has a food service certificate and a manager on side. They really. Service its been terrible before i got services denied

Kids were nice but the place was dirty and I couldn’t get what I actually wanted because the fruit was rotten. Very heartbreaking to see a ColdStone in this manner. Stay away from the fruit.

I am always and beyond satisfied going to this COLD STONE. The ice cream and the staff are one of a kind. Thank you all for making my orders special

This review is not for the employees it's for the owner, if you don't know how to run a business you should not own it. The place is filthy specially where they make all the ice cream. The employees are burnt out. It took us over 35 minutes when there was only four people in front of us. They wear headphones while they're working and customers have to repeat themselves to get their point across. The biggest issue they have is the employees are not trained well so they are over making ice cream and are putting it in larger cups which of course forces the owner to raise menu prices as the profits are less. In front of me at least eight ice creams mermaid in a larger cup when the customer ordered small including ours. The employees cross-contaminate everything without changing gloves often enough. This review is to help you make things better rather than to take it as a negative feedback.

My friends and I came here after watching a movie. We had seen here on Google that they were open until 11, when in actuality, they closed at 10! BUT it was 9:40 and they were already locked up and closed!

Employees with horrible attitude, hair on my ice cream due none safety food handling. Never coming back to this location 🤮
