They give amazing service. You agreed it warmly when you enter. They're very attentive, They always provide good service. I only get enchiladas but everything here looks good. I've dined here with friends and was envious of their plates. The fried ice cream!!!

I had to give 1 star for all the categories because this place is a façade. First of all When a restaurant gives you food that has liquid in it you expect them to secure whatever the liquid is in so no spillage. But I drove off and I noticed a strong smell that didn’t seem right and when I went to pick up the bag of food I placed on the floor it was leaking BEAN JUICE through the BAG ON MY CAR FLOOR!! Yo, these people put the beans in a styrofoam cup and put it in the same bag as my main dish and dessert. I’m so upset because I paid $30 for a guacamole, side of beans, a chicken quesadilla “meal” and Oreo churros. Straight trash and The Churros!!! Yooo, I bit down on one and it taste like dry crumbly frost bitten disappointment. They added fruit cocktail on top and they were dry too! I live 45mins away so I wasn’t going back to regulate, I just took the L. Unfortunately, this place does not serve authentic Mexican food. I’m born and raised from Inglewood, California and ain’t no way Hispanics don’t use spices and herbs to flavor their dishes for 1 but they also make their Churros in house. But this restaurant is false advertisement! When you walk in the place gives you vibes of true Mexican culture but the food does not give the same. The guacamole I ordered was in a styrofoam cup and it tastes like avocados and lime juice. My chicken quesadilla was supposed to be a whole tortilla but it can in two small halves. It has light cheese and sprinkled chicken inside. Overly greasy tortillas and FLAVORLESS. It just sucks to waste money on another Americanized Mexican restaurant.

I've just about had it with this restaurant. Months ago, I asked for grilled onions on my order. They didn't put grilled onions on my order like I originally asked, and then proceeded to tell me I could get some in a cup Togo for $3 charge. Today I decided to give it another chance. I picked up my food Togo, and the restaurant is not busy at all, workers are visibly just sitting in the kitchen doing nothing and laughing. I pay my for my $30 worth of food and leave, only to come home and find, they didn't give me any chips (bigger bag of chips) or the medium salsa that I ordered and paid for. They only gave me the tiny, little dinky free bag of chips. The chips are old and stale, the refried beans are so old that they literally had crunchy crumbls on the top. All the food given to me was completely inedible, and I had to thrown all of it out. Paying $30 for one person's worth of food, and NOTHING happening in the restaurant at time of pickup, there's absolutely no excuse for not having fresh, made to order food.

COLD, OLD, STALE. Incredibly disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for years, and always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt… But time after time here, I have spent way too much money only to be given food that is disgusting and borderline inedible when I get home and look at what they’ve given me. The food, when it ISN’T gross, still doesn’t justify their prices. And getting fresh, good food is a rare occasion in and of itself at this restaurant. Save your money and time, and take your business down the street to one of many other Mexican Restaurants in the area. I am fed up, and will not be returning!

Service was like any average restaurant. Seated within 2 minutes. Given salsa and chips with 5. We took our time ordering and food came out about 15 minutes after. The server was very attentive and kept our drinks full the entire visit. The food was amazing, we ordered the Colorado (so surprised there was a bit of heat…congrats on making an authentic Colorado.. it could be a bit hotter) we also ordered the Steak Poco Loco(amazing!!! Full of flavor and perfectly cooked onions and mushrooms.. The zucchini was even perfect not slimy.. congrats on the dish!!) The beans and rice were just typical nothing to write home about but they were still ok. My only complaint is their flan is not a traditional flan and was horrible and the fried ice cream also not very good) I’m not taking any stars off for this mainly because the restaurant has some ridiculous reviews ( no baby changing area??? Seriously, I have five kids and would not take stars off for these. Be more prepared) So ending food was great, service was awesome, just don’t get dessert!
