Very disappointed. The kimchi jjigae was super small and had barely any meat. The soup was also a bit too salty for my taste, at least I’ve never ordered one this small and higher on the sodium levels content. I was looking forward to eating form this place, but unfortunately my experience did not go well. The teokbokki is on the overly sweeter side but that always depends how this one is made by the restaurant, and it wasn’t awful completely but I could not eat it
The owner never puts a lot of effort into making customers feel welcomed. The food is bland and small portions.
It is a quiet place tucked away between buildings. In a place, you would probably think twice before going in. It is a small one owner place. She is actually a little older Korean lady. Super nice. She writes on you and then cooks your order. I am not a conasouer of Korean food, but this was very good. There were two other people there and said this place had awesome food. So why not get out of your comfort zone and head out to this little tucked away place and give her a try.
Terrible Food and service! The service was rude and the food was even worse! They packaged my plate where everything leaked into everything else. The kimchi was disgusting and disappointing. The plate was around $18 which I tried to eat but it made me sick anyway. This place is a disgrace to Korean food everywhere.
The only and best authentic Korean spot I’ve found in San Antonio! Miss Chong is an absolute gem, can’t wait to make this a regular spot. Food was amazing.
This place was absolutely awful!!!!!!! It was overpriced and the food was ugly I have had better at a cheaper place !!!
Mom and pop place. Absolutely amazing love the owner she is so sweet. The food was good
