The manager is rude and cocky. We had free entrees, and the lady on the phone said whatever we order on the burrito or bowl is free, yet at the register, they charged us for anything extra

If you're ever in this location while this manager is on duty, just walk back out the door to a new location! He is the most disrespectful and rude employee we've ever encountered. He wastes food, refuses to put fresh food out, and will sass you.

Wasn't clean, employees didn't seem enthusiastic at all. I've been to the Cipolte in Sheffield and Amherst. This one is a disappointment
