Good food. good prices. Great service. Had a 10-minute wait to be seated and table was not clean

All Bob Evans restaurants are usually very consistent with regards to food and cleanliness, but Norwalk's Bob Evans stands out in the area of having polite, helpful, friendly, courteous, take good care of you help!!! My waitress was a gem!! I'm never disappointed when I go there!!

Laura was great she is definitely a people person, so friendly and kind. She should always gets big tip she goes above and beyond, everything was good the but the BLT was a little too hard it's just supposed to be toasted but it looks like they fried it up pn the grill the cooks need to do a better job about that it was so hard I could barley bite and chew it. Like I stated the waitress was great food was good it was just the BLT that should of been recooked, who cooked BLT on the grill I'm oil that's not how a BLT should be cooked, toaster I just fine. Thank you Laura for the wonderful service you gave us as we came in from Michigan to Ohio to get our Labrador Retriever puppy in apple creek ohio and found a Bob Evans to stop and eat at, before we got our puppy and to rest our legs. ♡♡♡♡

10/10 experience I've been twice in the last month or so and both times I was impressed with everything. Very clean establishment. The service is always fast and friendly and the food has always been spot on!

Disgusting environment.

Great food, haven't been there in person in years, though. EDIT!: I recently went there, it was a great experience, loved the breakfast, the staff was nice and the pancakes were AMAZING, and so was the coffee
