Chipotle Mexican Grill

A nice Chipotle in Middleton, OH. We came for lunch while working in the area. Hey we're really busy but got people brought the line fast. The portions were good on everything but the meat. So that was nice. They kept the place stocked and clean, especially for how busy it was during lunch. I recommend this location.

My kids love it I don't

I normally love Chipotle, but I have to say that this time was not good. I ordered a burrito, chips, and a drink. Every few bites of my burrito tasted burnt from the chicken. They were out of chips, but didn't notify or refund me. Instead, they kept my order sticker and said I could just get free chips next time I come in. Plus, they were out of the watermelon limeade. The drink was the least of my worries, but still made me disappointed. Again, I normally love Chipotle, but I was really disappointed this time I ordered.

We visited Chipotle with high expectations, looking forward to breaking our fast with a satisfying meal. Our order included six burritos and two bowls, costing $90, a significant amount for a family meal. However, our excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The rice in every item was stale and hard, a critical flaw that significantly compromised the quality of the entire meal. It was particularly disheartening after fasting for 14 hours. The texture of the rice made the burritos difficult to eat and thoroughly unenjoyable. This experience not only led to a waste of money but also left us deeply saddened by the lack of attention to such a fundamental ingredient. Overall, very unsatisfactory and disheartening

How do you make a steak bowl for someone on 3 separate occasions and forget the steak?

Placed order through app pick up my order get home only to find my bowl has no rice, no fajita veggies no queso no corn. All I had was little chicken, cheese sour cream and salsa.. This is the 3rd time this location has messed up my order. How many times does it take before these children get things right

We just had Chipotle for dinner and that was a mistake as we walked up to where we order what we want there was food all over the floor, and on the counter by the register I couldn't believe the amount of food on the floor and the trash was piled high. I like Chipotle but this is ridiculous for a store too look the way it does. We were very disappointed and we won't be back for a long time. Do better Chipotle in Middletown!

I love chipotle...but this was not a good experience...it wasn't even an okay experience... They were steady but not swamped, and had plenty of employees working and the dining room was TRASHED!! Food everywhere, on all the tables, all over the floor, both bathrooms were nasty!! Horrible experience!!
