Good food love the bowls with rice and chicken

This is the worst Chipotle in queens. The food is a hit or miss, the store is always dirty tables filled with food particles while the staff is just standing around conversing. The soda machine has been down forever. They're always running out of toppings. I don't understand how they're still in business.

Had to edit my review to say: Can the guy who keeps telling me they don't have plain white rice when I've ordered it without cilantro for years, stop telling me lies? I can't tell if you've been ordered to lie or too lazy to go get some, but I'm thinking about letting go of Chipotle because of this. Aren't you tired of playing the bluffing game with me every week? Lol I like coming here because it's pretty roomy and I can always find a seat. However, the chicken could use some help from the flavor department, and I don't mean with black pepper.

The food is too salty particularly the chicken and regular steak. I thought maybe it was just that day however it’s all the time. Other sites food is not as salty. I become very hesitant on this location.

The server seemed to have a attitude problem, like she really didn’t want to be bothered. The customer, in front of me. She really didn’t want to help him at all, when he asked for extra, she looked at him, like it was going to mess up her day. I wish, I took a picture of her, because she did the same thing, with my order. Most of the tables were dirty, the juice machine was broken again. It always seems like, it’s always broke

The workers have zero sense of urgency to help customers they look stoned out of their mind or are being purposely slow. No manager to be found. Charging $3.10 for a 16oz Poland springs water bottle... Ridiculous price on such a tiny bottle of not specially branded water. The whole inside seating is filled with people eating panda express from next door and Uber eats drivers taking up the seating. The workers wandering about behind the counter letting a huge line of people stand waiting 20+ minutes to get food. The floors are dirty. The soda machine out of order, forcing me to pay $3.10 for a lunch box bottle of Poland springs. Terrible.

I usually order online. I ordered once, food came VERY SKIMPY. Said, maybe it was the person and I tried again. This time, it was worst. You would think for like $17, it would be a good portion. I only like regular chicken so I don’t have a problem With the protein but even for lettuce, they skimp it so bad ! I also called and asked for a little extra sour cream and maybe a few extra pieces of lettuce was told that they charge $3 just for the sour cream and since it’s online order, they can’t add it . . They said that franchise manager makes them charge for everything. Even if a customer asks for extra rice, lettuce or cheese they charge. Yes ! They charge extra for some extra lettuce. lol It’s not worth it. I feel like garden city location is WAY BETTER!

Definitely needs to improve the food, especially the rice. I’ve been to this location several times and the rice is always hard. Sometimes even burnt Ridiculous, seems like this don’t even try.

They always forget my chips and queso! I’ve ordered 3x and every single time they forget my sides. They also do it with kids meals and never, ever give you the complete kids meal. What’s up with that?
