Chipotle Mexican Grill

Thank you for offering the sofritas for protein. It’s perfect with beans, rice, pico, and guacamole. Staff were super, super friendly, this particular location is the best!

Great place

Skimping on the portions. The lady was really really picky about even the rice.. also this place almost never grills right, it's always just done and doesn't really sear. Alsoooo sometimes the meat is cold which leads me to believe they may be saving meat and just putting the pan on the warmer the next day. This time my barbacoa was all fat which I don't appreciate in the slightest. I'm extremely displeased today.

Asked for fresh chips and was told they didn’t have any and we’re out of a lot of toppings for bowls and salads.

We come to the area at least twice a year for sporting events. We stopped with a group (35-40 people) on a Friday night at about 8:45 PM and we were told that they were out of salsa and that no more chips were available. The chips that were served were stale and not replaced when requested. When I pointed out the fact that salsa was available on the to go side, I was rudely answered and told that it wasn’t available for us and was already sold. When I pointed out that you were still open for two hours, they said “well we just run out of stuff sometimes and it would not be available” very rudely to our group. We have really enjoyed stopping at your restaurant in the past, but with the addition of many of the other restaurants nearby and the very rude response of your staff, it looks like we will be making another choice when we are in town.

We haven't been returning to Chipotle as much lately. The last three times we went on a Saturday afternoon, they were out of vegetables! I don't get it. We're vegetarians, so why would we go out for Mexican when they don't have vegetables? Not sure when we're going to try again, but I told my wife if we do go and they're out of vegetables, I'm walking out. There's no excuse for this. Staff did a great job with take-out service during social distancing. Food was great and fresh. Went half a dozen times in the past few months and never had a bad meal.

Rachel (the manager) and staff went above and beyond to help me with a large order! Even followed up with me after the order was placed/picked up! Great food and customer service!

Way over priced. The food was good but not worth the price, and they charge extra for everything.
