They made an error in telling me something could be made decaf when it couldn't which is no big deal it happens. What really made this starbucks stand above others was they gave me a gift card for my next coffee to make up for the error without me even asking! Great customer service!

We used the drive-through. The young man who waited on us was one of the friendliest people I've ever encountered.
I went to the drive-up, ordered online, and was parked on the street for a while since there were so many cars in the drive-up line—also, there were no parking spaces in the parking lot. What should have been a 2-minute pick-up turned into a 25-minute pick-up.
