Chimborazo

There was really a lot of food, and it was really good.

First time being here. Small seating area, but great food, great price and the portions are phenomenal. Wait staff are really cool people. Son and I went there Saturday 3/2/24 around 2:00 and it was packed, but we didn't have to wait too long for the food. Well worth the trip. Vegetarian options: Wasn't really looking, but what I did see on others plates they seem to be enjoying. Parking: Small parking lot in back. Place to park just for pick up. On the corner so easy to find a space.

Everything was delicious! Parking: The parking lot is very small. Maybe enough room for 6-8 cars. Don’t let the lack of parking keep you from coming here.

I have never had a bad thing here. Vegetarian, pescatarian, meat eater, this is fantastic!! I love their appetizers, drinks, and specials. The servers are great. Date night special is the best for the dollar on Wednesdays. Can't say enough about this gem!!!!!!!! YAY CHIMBORAZO!!. I'm so glad you are in my neighborhood.5 stars.

I’ve had Chimborazo recommended to me multiple times and I regret waiting so long to try it out! The flavors were so unique and perfectly done. Between three people, we shared 3 entrees— the chicken saltado, llapingachos con chorizo, and a shrimp/scallop dish that was a daily special. All of them were amazing and worked perfectly together. I’ve never tasted a dish seasoned as perfectly as the saltado. It was my first time trying limeade and I’m already ready to go back for it! Everyone was so nice. The interior is cozy and was packed even on a Wednesday— you can tell it’s a well loved local place. The prices are reasonable for portion size and how high quality the dishes were. Absolutely try Chimborazo!

You can’t go wrong with Chimborazo!! They food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient! I will always recommend Chimborazo!
