This food will give you a hug and make your toes curl! Yes! It's that good! The customer service is amazing and will keep you coming back.

First time coming here to get something to eat here. We are originally from Maryland and moved to South Carolina 2 years ago. Looking for a nice and relaxed atmosphere to eat in and this is a great place I got the Traditional Ceviche Mix it was very good. My husband got Bistec a lo pobre he said it was good as well. We ordered a large order of chicken to bring home to family as well. I have to say I will be back .

I'm peruvian native, and I would like to say this restaurant needs improvement. I know they are trying to represent traditional peruvian food, but the food needs work. The huancaina sauce was tasteless, the tallarines verdes (pesto) was water down. The ceviche needed some spice to it. So I hope, they get better.

Great food, definitely will be back.

My family stopped in for lunch for our 1st time visiting this restaurant and the food was incredible. Very fresh and came out perfect to our order. We will be returning.

The food and service was excellent everything was fantastic I will definitely be back. The restaurant was very clean. The waitress was very fast and polite and patient.

For the price I can get more in quantity and flavor at Machu Picchu - Pineville. Chick-O-Rico serve unseasoned food that taste plain. Their sides are small quantity and their lulo juice was plain. There is room for improvement.

Im honestly embarrassed that I am a Charlotte native and haven’t tried this place sooner, absolutely amazing food, cooked fresh, the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. The portions are generous for the price, this is definitely one of our new favorite spots!

20 out of 10!!!! The food here is outstanding! One of my favorite estheticians relocated to this area and upon leaving, I was a bit starved so I looked up restaurants in the area and knew this was going to be it. Actually while I was laying on her table, I told her I saw the sign at the light and asked her if she had been and she had not, I then said I was either going to try it out or I was going to Aqua E Vino- I went to both. This review; however, is about Chick O Rico! The food is flavorful the portion size is bountiful and I was left speechless- which is shocking in itself. I picked up dinner for my family and tasted a bit of everything and even my husband who is a fairly picky eater could not believe how delicious the food was. Your tastebuds will be awakened and excited by the food here. Everything was seasoned properly and the food was fresh. I also enjoyed a soursop beverage while I waited for my food to be finished. This can easily be a weekly visit for me. They offer a little of something for everyone, vegetarians, pescatarians, meat eaters…vegans, you name it! Run on down to Chick O Rico’s and let the food make you dance!
