Chef's Bistro 30A is a chef-owned-and-operated American restaurant in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Since 2021, we have been a local favorite offering fresh local seafood, duck fat seared steaks, themed nightly dinner specials, and creative drinks. We serve lunch daily with fresh poke bowls, Wagyu burgers, delicious pressed sandwiches, farm fresh salads and much more. We serve brunch on the weekends and holidays starting at 8am.
