Employees were very nice

I ordered couple sandwiches and a cheese fries, for immediate pick-up. Then I discovered my wife created a grocery store run first…I tried at least 5X to call the 14th St shop, no answer/no voicemail, just a recording. Finally got the shopping done, called again, THEY answered! Told them my situation, that I had ordered two cheesesteaks, about 30 minutes earlier, plus cheese fries. Would they please give me a “fresh” order of cheese fries, since it was about 30 minutes later. They said (the counter guy) no problem… Got there to pick the order up, ask if the friess were fresh, he said, “yes.” Got home…dead cold fries, not even reheated, much less a new order! Soggy, limp, not the quality I expected, and was told to expect…AND THE CHEESE "SAUCE" WAS TERRIBLE, UNEATABLE, COLD AND TASTELESS. Very disappointed in the 14th Street Plano Charley’s. Ordered 5:37, pick up finally at 6:25 PM, just a simple accommodation with new fries… Probably not going again, if the counter folks lie to the customers… Paul Stewart Plano, TX

I had got a food from here yesterday around noon & I order the old Philly cheesesteak with the cheese fries & I would like to say the food they serve me yesterday was really Old the cheese smell real bad & tasted like it was old & out of date. Me & my wife felt sick the next morning & started throwing up because of the cheese they served & it smell old & bad & the Philly cheesesteak too. They charge me 45$ for the 2 others I order & the front register acted like he couldn’t help me either & couldn’t understand me what I try ordering to a point where he messed up my order. So customers please watch your food before leaving the restaurant they customer service bad & they give away bad cheese! To a point where we got food poisoning from them now! Smh this is sad I really would like my REFUND BACK! & I don’t wanna come back!

best location great atmosphere the food is hot fresh and cooked on demand and that the way i like it the staff is always amazing highly recommend everyone to visit this location

Great food. Served hot. Satisfying and not over done. Clean and tidy if you're dining in. Overall I was impressed and without comparison to the other guys....the boneless wings and fries I experienced were more than I expected.

Where is the pride in making food. Must be a chain, 2nd that. If you add ranch, slap ya momma, toast after adding cheese. Butter the bread, not too bad,

Tasty, delicious, and satisfying. Enjoyed my meal. This, by far, was one of the best cheesesteak I've had. Fresh ingredients and (cooked) made to order. Good food, good service, good environment.
