Horrible experience sandwich meat was Burnt went to show the cash register if they can exchange it for another one, they refuse and kept my sandwich and everything they have for sale is expired with mold

Please check all the pre-made cream cakes put in the boxes made by your store. I bought 1 box on Sunday last week, opened it on Monday and the cream cakes got mold on. I paid, but couldn't eat, that was not right.
