Subway

Last time we came there was this rude lady. I came again today and their at 9:10 and is still not open and they have the open sign on and it say it opens at 8.

Large and clean restaurant. Love the view.

There’s a Hispanic gay dude with curly hair that is rude as hell. Comes up to the counter and looks me dead in my face without saying a word. I ask him if he’s ready to take my order and he gives me an attitude saying “ are you ready? “ I proceed to order and disregard his attitude but then he rips my bread (this was obviously intentional) and I’m like ok? So I get upset and let my friend order first and he tells me that I must order first and I was like I’m going to let my friend order first so I could cool down. He said that he wasn’t going to do that since it was my bread and I let him know my friend would like the same type of bread. I also let him know that my friend only spoke Spanish and asked him if he spoke Spanish. He answered in English with “ yes I speak English” I was like my question was if you spoke Spanish. He said “ well I speak both “ and I was already irritated by his attitude. I let him know “ I don’t like your attitude “ and he storms off like a child???? Okay like how old are you?? The other woman who works there ended up taking our order and our food turned out fine.

Why when I order online I never receive extra or less on the stuffs I ask for literally are you guys reading the instructions? Come one!!

Tell why I get sent coupons from subway expires9/12/2024 get a 6" for $399 and they said we do not take coupons! So I paid full price no big deal! But help me understand why did they not except my subway coupon that I received in the mail!??? Wth???

The door is locked at 9:08am when the schedule say 8am everyday

OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND RUDE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YELLS AT CUSTOMERS!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AND ON TOP OF THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG!!! ZERO STARS!!!

This place is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I have order at other subways around this area and this is the only one where the employees act like they HATE their job. I have worked at a subway before if someone puts in an online order 40 mins before 12 and ask for it to be READY at 12 then I don’t care how BIG your line is, you stop what your doing and make MY food!! The food I ordered 40 minutes before all of these people came in! That’s the whole concept of ordering online ahead of time. Thanks for the attitude and thanks for giving me 5 minutes to eat my lunch!!!!!

I went to pick up an Uber eats order around 9am ish and the lady didn’t greet me. She was just staring at me waiting for me to say something. Just RUDE and not friendly. Have the day you deserve.

Subs where alright. But the new items there promoting are horrible the churro and pretzel where literally rock hard. Like you could literally knock someone out with how hard the items where.

The food was very good.

The manager isn't very friendly. He wants to charge extra for veggies, and the store doesn't accept coupons. When I asked why the manager complained, they never make money with coupons.

This is a great Subway store. Very clean!!
