Char-Bett's is like many of the "old time" kiosk stores (think Dairy Queen and A&W Root Beer stands). Until recently, they were a cash only enterprise, which is a large part of why I seldom dine there. However, I had some cash this evening and stopped in. There was a young woman that came out to take my order. I didn't get her name, but she brought me a menu and was great when she took my order. The food is very good (in Indiana, comparing pork tenderloins is always ongoing) and didn't take a long time to get. Although there is an upcharge on card use, I will have to stop in more often.
