Wo.derful place to eat. Customer service is amazing and so is the food.
Food is always great, place is decorated very beautifully with great music, and service is always outstanding! Never had a bad experience here.
We love Casa Garcia! The food is always amazing. We went here for date night and honestly, I can't say enough praise for the evening. The staff is super friendly. And again, the food is absolutely the best Mexican food you can buy in Moore county. You'd probably have to go to Mexico to find anything that compares.
Seated promptly, drink order taken by the waiter and then the long wait started. If you don't want to sit and wait for over an hour to eat this is not the place for you. After finally getting to order, and the food brought to the table it took over 30 minutes to get the waiter back just to get a take out box and forget a refill on your drink it won't happen. Other tables got better service. I watched and waited the whole time being ignored when trying to get someone's attention. When the waiter was at the table in front of us I actually called out for him for a box and he turned and looked and walked off and left us waiting for over another ten minutes. Then if you do get someone's attention they act as if they don't understand you and walk away. Food is ok but with the staff being so rude and unprofessional I will not return. I do not recommend this restaurant there is better food and way better service at other restaurants nearby.
I could go on a rant on how nice this place is to eat but I'm gonna keep it short. It you want good food and a good time eat here. I highly recommend their tamales.
I called in a to go order. I was told about 15 minutes, it would be ready. I got there 20 minutes later. They must have forgotten to put my order in because I waited 10 extra minutes. I was never apologized to about my inconvenience. I was never thanked for my business. There were 2 orders. I was given 1 salsa. I had to ask for 1 more salsa and to go silverware. Customers should always be thanked for their business and we should always be apologized to for making us wait longer than expected.
