It was late but overall the service was good

I don't know the girl's name up front she had bad attitude.

I ordered The Triple Whopper® Meal large.... Everything was good fries hot and fresh drink wasnt watered down it will full to the top burger was delicious and hot and fresh as well....... wayyyy better than McDonald's across the street from them.... McDonald's should really take notes from them!!!!

I bout a number 4 and it was so nasty I gave it away my burger was so dry I only had one piece of bacon I paid 13 dollars and some change money is hard to come buy at least make sure my food is right and my food is fresh...never will I go back

Went by this morning after a bad experience at a local McDonald's with breakfast in hopes maybe Burger King could do better. Ordered a simple bacon biscuit. Wound up with a croissant and the man at the window blaming his coworker for burning the biscuits. Constantly some kind of chaos going on at this store. Also seems like one menu item or another is always "Unavailable". EDIT 2/13/24: Apparently the store is "CLOSED TILL FURTHER NOTICE" even after they took my money for an online order. Yet another failing business in Bessemer. Might as well shut it down before the rats and roaches take it over.

A COMPLETE DISGRACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE OR THE PEOPLE. FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM. HORRIBLE.

Good food , excellent customer service, but the appearance of the outside says don't eat there

Suppose to be a fast food place but they have only tow car and we have to wait 20 minutes to get are food unavailable for the Burger King owners
