The food was just plain bad. Restaurant was pretty empty for a Saturday, bad food is why.
First time here and I loved everything about it
Great service, fresh burgers and the burger of the month was really good, however, the jalapeños had very little flavor and no heat (not just mine. My buddy got the "melt your face" burger, which was also good but had no real heat from the peppers.) other than that little complaint, they did a great job and the food was really good.
The burgers were outstanding, and the onion rings are a must try!
We were looking for a good burger and fries, nothing like Red Robin or 5 Guys.. Burgers at Bru are overpriced and sides are not included. Ingredients seemed fresh. Our fries were hard and a little burnt. The onion rings are $4.50 you get 5 medium-size rings and they're really salty. Our cups were dirty, they had a film around the rim, some on silverware. They said all glasses are kinda like that. For $15.50 a burger-no side, we all should have a clean glass and silverware. The tomato jam tasted like how feet would smell. The homemade ketchup was watery. You had to ask for napkins when the burger was wet and messy. (don't mind to ask, but most of your burgers are like that, maybe bring them out with those burgers?)The worst part is, that it made both of us sick when we got home.(only meal we had today) Overall, I was hoping for a better experience. Especially when I paid $50 for 2 meals. The server did well, she was sweet and answered all of our questions. If we weren't in a hurry, I would have asked for a manager, but. This was our Birthday lunch/dinner.
Love this place! The food is amazing and the homemade ketchup is the best! Service has always been top notch.
