Brick Oven Pizzeria

I have tried this place on three separate occasions in the past year and the results have always been disappointing. For the positive side, my most recent experience was met with great service by the server - she was professional, pleasant and very communicative. My pizza, when it finally arrived, tasted great. On the downside however, there were a number of timing/sequencing issues with the meal. My pizza came out about 20 minutes after my Wife's sandwich was brought out to the table, so we got to enjoy watching each other eat by themselves. This timing thing has happened each of the three times we have been here - clearly there's something amiss in the kitchen. We ordered a dessert pizza this most recent time, which consisted of their pizza dough with some butter, sugar, cinnamon and icing. When it was brought to our table we noticed, and the server even brought to our attention, that it seemed burned in some areas. We tried it for a few bites and sure enough, it wasn't really edible. When the server came back by, we let her know we weren't happy with it. She again apologized and brought us our check - which still contained the charge for uneaten, burnt, sad dessert we ordered. Rather than make a fuss in the restaurant and go Karen on a manager, we paid the bill, tipped the server and have determined we will no longer be patrons of this place that has such great potential, but consistently fails to execute on simple things.

This place is the bomb for me and my son! A great place in times of need. Thank you to the entire team.

Great pizza.

Service was really slow and there were only a few people there. The pizza was without a doubt the worst I have ever eaten and there was hardly any toppings on it at all. They sure didn’t forget to charge for the toppings either. We won’t be back.

Great spot for Pizza, Wings and Drinks. Service is superb and very friendly staff. The smoked wings are excellent. Highly recommended...!!!

Salad was good pizza was good. Service not so good.

Called to get a take out order last night, as we’re 3 minutes away. The young man on the phone who answered stated 20-25 minutes. I walked into the front door at exactly 20 minutes and they have the area blocked so you can’t go any further from the counter. I can see my pizzas. Sitting in a shelf, with no warming lamp or anything else. In the 5 minutes I chose to be polite and stand there, no one addressed me, no one came up front, and there was no bell or anything else. The kitchen folks could see me, and did. The bar staff and bartender could see me, and did. The wait staff could see me, and did. Not one person took the initiative to ask if I needed something. Finally I walked around their table barrier and back to the kitchen prep area and asked whether someone wanted to sell me my pizza. Then a young kid comes up to ring me out. 6 or 7 minutes after walking in. $38 for a 14” with 3 ingredients and one 8” cheese. The pizza was adequate, but nothing to write home about. It was also well on the way to being cold. I won’t be making that mistake again. I’ll drive the extra distance for a Sir Pizza before I’d waste my money here.

First time visiting here. Loved the food. Ordered an Italian grinder and fried banana peppers. Food was great! Definitely recommend! We ordered soda, which was flat, waiter opened up 2 liters to accommodate us. Thank you!
