Breezy's Shaved Ice

Our family has been visiting this snow cone stand for 2 years now. It is definitely the best around Mansfield! Last year the employees were on point. They were respectful, fast, and always had a smile on. Tonight my kids and I took our dog on a walk to get some snowcones(he always enjoys going because of the pup cup) and the experience we had was far from what myself would consider good customer service. My daughter ordered 1 medium and 1 small and the lady rang it in as 2 mediums which my daughter noticed and asked me to let her know it was wrong so when I did so her response was “that’s not how I was informed of the order” instead of just politely saying oh, I’m sorry I must’ve heard it wrong, or something in that sense. Also she did not want to give a pup cup and when she finally did she gave him a drop of whipped cream in a small syrup sample cup. She the proceeded to argued with me about the flavor I ordered saying that it cost more which I was fine with if that is the case now. I just informed her that I’ve been going there for two years and no one has ever charged me more for it. I understand having a bad day and all but this customer service was definitely something that I would not want representing a business. All this being said we will be back but will definitely turn right around if we see her working.

We ordered a snow cone kit for a graduation party, and oh my goodness, it was a huge hit! It served our big party with leftovers. Everything was perfect and yummy. We will definitely be doing this again.

Great snow cones to cool us down on a hot day! A nice surprise to find at Mansfield Mission parking lot. Piña Colada with coconut cream is excellent!

i loveeee this place just moved here from california and always stop and get myself a shaved ice my personal fav is the spider-man BUT I LOVE THE WORKERS AS WELL especially Krysta she is such an amazing worker with amazing customer service!! if i could give 10000000 stars i would🤍

They have the best snow cones on the earth and is really close to a sonic I all ways want to go bc it is so good and better then Bahama Buck’s

Good amount of flavor choices but the ice was not soft and it seems like they keep their syrups out in the heat because we received our cups as soon as it was made and it was already melting the ice.. or it was too much juice to ice ratio. Also the attendant was not gloved and we saw them handle money then make our order. Otherwise the attendant was very kind and gave help with flavor choices.
