Opened in 1994, Boxcar Cantina features authentic Northern new Mexican cuisines, which moves beyond Southwest/Tex-Mex food. Boxcar Cantina prides itself on offering some of the most delicious food in town by using only the highest quality ingredients. Since opening our commitment has been to source local and / or organic ingredients whenever possible and always use sustainable raised organic meats.
