A local favorite, Blondette is a brunch restaurant located on the fifth floor of the historic Rand Tower Hotel in a bright, glass-covered atrium with an outdoor terrace and one of Minneapolis’ only retractable roofs. Blondette offers a casual brunch each weekend from 9am - 2pm that highlights the best of American cuisine fused with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Fifth Floor at the Rand offers two unique event spaces, Blondette and Miaou Miaou, these versatile venues can be rented individually to suit intimate gatherings or combined to accommodate larger events. The 2,000 sq. ft. Blondette is available for private dining, reception events or a full buyout for up to 80 people.
