The food is amazing but let me tell you about the sauce. It's an explosion of flavor sent from the BBQ gods. Enjoy perfectly smoked meats and the most flavorful Mac and cheese in Roseville.

I was able to enjoy the food truck at Baffin brewery. I got the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw added on top. He knew I was a man of good taste! Can't have a pulled pork sandwich without some coleslaw. Great service! Awesome attitude/ personality. Highly recommend!

Food was fantastic! Rib bones pulled right out (not expecting that). Pulled pork, brisket, sausage bites all were tender and flavorful. I only wish I had asked for extra sauce! The BBQ was just as good the next day in the air fryer! Great service as well! Oh and the loaded baked potato is something worth trying as well!

I tried BBQ Daddy for the first time today. Brisket was absolutely delicious! My wife loved the pulled pork. Mac and Cheese is an absolute must have if it's your first or 100th time here. The cole slaw was a little bland to be honest, but not bad. The jalapeno corn bread ! Absolutely out of this world!!!! Do not leave this place without some!!! Their original BBQ sauce is very good, but a little to sweet for my liking. To top it off the owner (I assume that is who rang me out) had exceptional people skills and was an absolute pleasure meeting/talking to. Thank you BBQ Daddy for an amazing meal! We will definitely be back.
