They can’t let you add to your order at the window, can’t give me straws, and can’t even let me know that they’re out of biscuits so I’m not sure what they can do

Very slow and unmotivated

The Food Is Good & this could really be an Awesome place to eat.. BUT the Service There Is TERRIBLE.. What is it with the staff there 🤔 Their ATTITUDES R HORRIBLE 😢 & what is it with the Gravy.. EVERYTIME I ask to PAY.. for extra Gravy.. they at like I CUSSED them out or something? I said I want to PAY.. for extra gravy. I was not asking for them to give me anything Free.. They Practically chewed my head off. I will just find another chicken place to eat from😢😭

Location looks nice outside upon entry very cold dark dim lights has no aesthetic. I started to walk back out . I took a chance anyway and purchased a #3 the chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon side was red beans and rice. Old chicken breast & bacon moth wasn’t dropped fresh! I was charged extra for a large side I received a small instead that barely was filled! It’s a no on returning from me no effort was given.

Found red hair cooked into my food the cook was very nasty while I was waiting for a remake arguing that it wasn’t hers when she was the only one with red hair chicken was absolutely disgusting I only came here because my sister wanted to and I will never be back again

Most disorganized Popeyes I have ever been to, with terrible service.

I just don't understand. Young lady waited til I pulled around for my food, to advise(online order) that my drink wasn't available. Didn't tell me about the Cajun tenders not being available though. Just swiftly handed me thr bag and proceeded to close the window. Bad part was my mom couldn't eat them, so waste of money. And you want additional pay...ok

The Drive thru line is always very long at this pop eyes & I placed a order today.they are very slow & they didn't have any paper for customers receipts it makes it very hard to hear the employees because of the Glass window.

The customer service is HORRIBLE! The restaurant is filthy and the team members shirts were DIRTY!! They all look like they rolled out of bed and came straight to work! I called to complain about my order and the manager (whose shirt was also dirty) hung up on me. I'm calling the Health department to go check that place out!! Those workers are why black women are stereotyped!!! Everytime I go there it's the same sob story of how they don't have this or that so why are they even open?

Went in 15 minutes before the lobby was supposed to be closed according to the hours listed on the doors. We were completely ignored at the counter for several minutes, and then a woman came from the back and rudely told us the lobby was closed and to get out (to be fair the restaurant looked busy and there were a handful of Doordash drivers standing around the lobby waiting on orders). We went through the drive-thru instead - it took us about 30 minutes of waiting in the drive-thru line to get our food. Normally, I love Popeyes, but this place was not it. The chicken was so greasy - it was literally dripping with grease and it was ice cold. Completely inedible. We were very disappointed to say the least.

Was just there employees came out the back door screaming cursing and just acting crazy of course we in the drive through line waited and waited finally I order and of course they're out of Mac and cheese I'm so done with this ignorant place
