We offer many sandwiches including our 2 best selling sandwiches the "Cuban Pirogue" and the "Bayou Muffaletta", 2 alligator sandwiches, 2 Reubens, and our famous chicken salad sandwich just to name a few. (Our Chicken Salad was made famous by Sunrise Cookies in Gloster, Louisiana, at the Kickapoo Corner.) We also have many other sandwiches for you to discover. We also offer 5 different casseroles every day for "Take & Bake". Call your casserole order in at least 4 hours before you plan to pick it up and we will have it heated so that you don't have to do the work. Just put it on the table and enjoy! For those who prefer something a little less filling, we also have salads and a (seasonal) daily soup.
