Patrick always makes our drinks with LOVE. He is definitely one of the reasons we continue to come back to this location. :)
So I'm not from the area, much farther south. And there isn't a Baskin Robbins close to where I live. So as I was out getting food I saw they were still open. As soon as I walked in I got a super rude glare and was asked to hold on a minute. No problem as it was almost time to close. A different employee, a young man, was more than willing to take my order. I told him it was my first time there but I was going to be quick making a decision I just wanted to try their ice cream. He was pleasant and patient. He got the two scoops for me and I asked if he could put fudge on it. When he asked the other employee where it was she snapped and said we don't have any hot items we are about to close. He gave me an apologetic look and I assured him it was no big deal I understand. Now because I work at an ice cream shop I get it. It's closing time, you want to leave. However I also know how simple it is to grab a couple scoops of ice cream. I've never been rude to a customer for coming just because it was close to closing. There's a way to treat people and a way not to. That really ruined the experience for me. If it wasn't for the young man who took my order I would've only gave it one star. Hopefully some staff can be trained better at customer service.
This is my first interaction with this place. I ordered half a dozen donuts for delivery and I received none of them. I received the drink and sandwich I ordered, but even the donuts were on the receipt. I’ve called at least 5 times and have not received an answer from anybody at the store. I’m at work and can’t exactly up and leave, but I was going to see if I could pick up the donuts I ordered and paid for when more people get into work or if doordash has to handle it all. 0/10 will not go back because of this. I understand things happen, but to not even answer a phone call? I’m glad doordash was able to help me in the end, but I called to at least see if I could be accommodated in the store for the missing food! It would be great if the staff picked up the phone or even a manager on site, at least when there are multiple calls coming in!
I only gave this four stars because when I walked in it smelled of cigarette smoke and I did not like it but the ice cream was good
The place is understaffed and I understand that. However the people were just mean and rude and the ice cream was disgusting! It tasted freezer burnt and my husband's peanut butter sundae didn't even have peanut butter on it. It had chocolate and caramel. As a customer I try to be understanding and polite and nice because I know places are struggling but what happened there was just unacceptable!
Great customer service, nice selection, very accessable. Oh, did I mention reasonable prices.
