Our restaurant was created as a butcher-to-table restaurant, a natural extension of Gibbs Butcher Block -- a high quality butcher shop specializing in certified Angus beef, Ohio pork and chicken, and hundreds of unique, gourmet sausages. We take pride in our hand cut steaks, daily fresh ground beef, sourcing local seasonal produce, and creative daily features.
