They didn’t have the option for 0 stars…how are you going to accept an order on UberEats when you know full well that you don’t have it in stock and wait until a driver is there to tell them and me?!
They wouldn’t cancel my order so I had to sit in a chat to wait for UberEats to cancel it for me. Stop wasting my time and the drivers’ time and get your shit together while you’re at it
Very arrogant even though they have ice cream he is saying don't have and not ready serve at all
My whole order was incorrect. Ordered a root beer float but only got vanilla icecream in a plastic DD cup & no soda at all. Ordered a banana split with pralines & cream icecream, strawberry cheesecake icecream & golden ribbon icecream with caramel pralines syrup, diced strawberries & hot fudge syrup. They made it with only strawberry cheesecake icecream, strawberry topping,whip cream & bananas.
There were only two workers there taking care of the Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, and Drive-Thru Orders. I understand that many places are understaffed, so I can get past the long wait with the growing line behind me. What annoyed me the most was that the worker who was taking care of in-store Orders kept playing around with her friend who had come into the store with her dog. She was exchanging info on a cell phone, touching everything (her face,phone, etc), and not paying attention to the other customers.... After awhile, I just got frustrated and walked out. I didn't want her touching my food anyway.
Horrible service. Workers were eating and took ten minutes just to say they didn’t have ice cream.
Little options today, but it worked out. The ice cream was good. Medicore customer service.
Didn't get my order done right but I'm giving 4 stars because when I went back to fix it the employee was nice, helpful and didn't give me a actitude. I'm ok with people being human and making mistakes but now a days you don't get good customer service and that's exactly what I expect.
