I have been coming to this Baskin Robbin’s for years. I don’t know what happened, but the new staff is straight garbage. I was waiting about 30 minutes in the takeout line for my milkshake and sundae. You would think after 30 minutes of waiting, that the ice cream would be great. It was trash. There is also a lack of communication. I had two separate employees ask me what my order was while I was already at the window. You had those same two employees running around like two chickens with their heads cut off, and the other girl standing around doing absolutely nothing. Not to mention she was vaping in the back room. I don’t know her name, but she has a ginger/orange colored afro. This by far is the worst experience I’ve ever had with baskin Robbin’s. Never had a problem with them until their remodel. Y’all need to do better. Either speed up, hire more employees, or get rid of the staff. But this cannot continue. Make sure if y’all go, expect to wait a good 20-30 minutes for something you just have to scoop into a cup. Absolutely ridiculous.

Today I have received the worst customer service from this store. They gave us the wrong order and didn't give us any satisfactory solution. Not everything is money. Not everything is solved with a refund. They have lost 3 families as clients. We won't be back.

Today is November 28 approximately 5 minutes until 5:00 I don't know the kid's name but the guy that works at this location with the red hair I would even call him the ginger bear man he has skills of a God he has made me the best icing on the cake milkshake I drive all the way down from Raleigh North Carolina at least once to twice a week just to get my milkshake and usually my milkshake sometimes is too watery and not enough flavor and fullness this young man has stepped above and beyond and did a wonderful achievement today I can almost turn my milkshake upside down and nothing today is a great day that can be marked down in the record books I have never in my life had a milkshake as good as this one this has to be the number one best milkshake ever thank you sir and I hope to see you in the near future when I come down for my weekly I think he deserves a raise thank you PS thank you for the sushi recommendation!!!

Bro, really? Just love paying for a reeses caramel Sunday, and didn't even try to hold the hair. What, they decide to dip their head all up in there before adding the peanut butter sprinkles? Won't be coming back to that BR.

So today is October 2023 I am updating my review. The one below is from a few months ago. But I need to make another statement that one of the employees there keeps pretending like she is a shift leader, or a manager, which we all know she isn’t ! She never will be conducting her self this way Plus, they forgot my polar pizza when I ordered on Uber the guy that picked up the phone that same day apologize sincerely which he was wonderful said that he would put my name on the polar pizza for me to pick up the next day unfortunately I was not able to. That’s why I order Uber is sometimes I can’t make it on that side of town. So when I called her a couple days later, she pretended as she was the manager and I knew who it was because she pretends to be in i hire Position I guess because she knows she don’t care u know those people that want things handed just in case it’s a complaint on her it does not get to the management!! If I were the owner of this business, she would be out of there so quick. And I am going to post. HER NAME l ((((JAIANA )))) see I’m a very well-known customer repeat customer and it seems to be there all the other employees enjoy their jobs because they know they can lose them just as easy. So if I were you, I would look up the ways to be more professional and to learn your place of what you were hired for, and not to pretend like you were above your coworkers. Because see I own a business, and if I ever found that out, they would be fired immediately . So hopefully the owner and the management will see this post and do right by this. Also, when I called that day and I asked her for a shift leader or a manager, and she said uhhhh what’s wrong!?! I said, are you a shift leader manager she said uhhh yes, I am in a very high-pitched voice trying to sound like someone else and I said oh OK what’s your name again so I know who I’m talking to, she had the nerve to say ignorantly oh, we are not allowed to give out our names!?! Say what? Because first of all, that’s a Dagon LIE BECAUSE IF YOU’RE HAVING A COMPLAINT ABOUT AN ORDER AND YOU GO UP THERE FOR IT TO BE CORRECTED THE MANAGERS ALWAYS SAY WELL. MY NAME IS SO-AND-SO JUST LET THEM KNOW who sent you. So here we are a year later from the post below since I can’t post different reviews. SMH. But I will be letting the actual manager know about her. I will say there is a couple of employees that are absolutely AMAZING CHRISTIAN , DREW ,JORDAN & ASHLYNN AND I WILL GET THE OTHERS NAMES AND POST ,SO OTHER PEOPLE THERE ARE WONDERFUL, SO HUNNY ITS POSIBLE TO BE A PROFESSIONAL grow up. THIS STARTS THE OLD REVIEW. Iwould give zero stores if I could to leave a comment, they have some lazy, rude, unprofessional, none work ethic, disrespectful young adults that don't want to work working there all the time, every time I order something online they act like they can get away with everything! So whoever's working on this night on 10/7/2022 I will be calling the owner and let them know about that shift that was working at 7:00 p.m. at night, first off they have two options for ice cream a fresh pack & a prepacked ice cream prepacked it comes straight from the factory and it is put in the freezer for people to buy right off the shelf then they have the option that you can get them to scoop the ice cream and give you the ice cream that's inside the cooler that is called Fresh packed either they give you a half a container, or they send you two prepacked ice creams but then this time they decided to be funny or just absolutely lazy that they got tired of scooping the first one and decided just to go ahead and send the other one as 1 free pack one fresh pack. That's okay though if they don't want to work they don't have to work there anymore. , and I would definitely be hiring someone else in their place. There's plenty of people out here that want a job and will give it their best and strive to be their best!

Oh my gosh! Did you know Tuesday is family night? Whoot whoot! I knew they did a military discount but tonight I went and had a family discount! Well awesome! I ordered my favorite pistachio almond. They are the only place I know with this flavor. It’s so yummy. My son likes sprinkles but I was getting it to go so they so kindly put them on the side. How awesome! The girl at the drive thru was so nice! I was trying to get an order from a friend and they were texting and slow but the employee didn’t mind all of my confusion and slowness. She was so patient and so kind! What a wonderful ice cream night! Thanks BR!

I will NEVER be back to this location ever again. I went to the drive through tonight on Oct 8 at 7:10 pm and waited in the drive-thru for 10 mins before I was even acknowledged. Once acknowledged, a girl responded with a terrible attitude asking what I want. I ordered, then drove to the window to pay and get my order. I paid and received my order and noticed the receipt was incorrect. As I was trying to tell the girl my correct order, she shut the window in my face in the middle of me speaking. Once she decided to come back and open the window, I let her know my correct order once again. A guy then came to the window and asked my order 3 times and read off the receipt what they rang me up for but I once again let him know that was incorrect. I asked the girl’s name that rudely answered the window and he responded that it was his first night and he doesn’t know her name. I asked him to go ask her name and she responded with she is a minor and not allowed to give out her name. They did not remake my now melted ice cream order and only added a banana to it. This is very unprofessional behavior. The girl had on a light blue shirt and long braids. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one on duty, which was very obvious.
