BAR BISTRO

Bar bistro is fantastic. The menu has a wide enough selection where you can go there on a nice Friday night date, or you can go with friends casually on a Tuesday and not feel out of place. I have been 10 times and had consistent, grape food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. Aside from their food, they have fantastic cocktail menu, and I’ve yet to have a bartender that didn’t know what they were doing The owner is there often and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his business. He always make sure that everyone is taken care of and happy, we love this place!!!

Nice food

My husband and I wanted to try this place because of the good reviews, however we walked in and walked directly back out. We wanted to try the happy hour menu to see what we thought of the food before we spent a bunch of money. Well, we were asked if we had reservations and then told there were no seats in the bar. I could clearly see empty seats. Why in the world is an "upscale" place where you need reservations sitting on a corner in a terrible part of town? I felt unwelcome and feel like this place is a bit over-rated.

I have tried to check this place out a few times now for happy hour. Although they are friendly, I feel like they are snooty. The bar is not very big, but there were 3 empty tables when we walked in, yet they told us at the door the bar was full. This is also what we have heard the last couple of times we tried. The restaurant part where they don't offer happy hour was totally empty. They seemed a bit snooty when we said we only came in to try their happy hour and a burger, not their sheshe dinner and wine. The place is too big for their britches. That was the last time we try this place.

Went here for my birthday for the first time, certainly surprised by the area how nice this place is. Will definitely go back.

What a find! Food and cocktails were all amaaaazing!! Definitely coming back, and bringing friends!

Love this spot. Great food and great menu. Service was outstanding. A little small, but you won't feel like it's crowded. The service and owner are top notch. Now if they would just put some grilled octopus on the menu...
