bottom half of snow cone all ice, wouldn’t let us get 4 flavors of syrup, obviously didnt put enough syrup in it, couldnt get sour salt and sour patch sauce?? could only get one. then they only put the sour sauce on top and not around the cup. just go to burleson their location is much better, i def will next time

Very long wait for your snow cup, the drive thru is in and out while the inside WE WAIT! unacceptable. I hope they will decide to close the drive thru and focus on the customers whom come inside. They have no order. I got my order after 20 minutes and the customer whom walked in place an order at the counter not the app got his order within 5 minutes. I will not be back here.
