Imagine ordering 30$ worth of food driving all the way home , and missing items. Instead of refunding me the manager on shift named Tiffany, wants to say “I don’t really care I’m packed, I remember bagging it, I’m not replacing 30$ of food” if you’re the manager there how come you don’t care? How come you knew you missed some items but still didn’t care? That’s crazy. When we called back to get her name she let someone else answer the phone, and his response was “why are you even driving that far to come to this arbys , isn’t there one closer to you?” and y’all wonder why y’all don’t get business the employees running the customers off.
