Aqua Terra Bistro

Aqua Terra provides a detailed allergen menu through their desktop website. While they don't have a ton of gluten free options, they take great care to ensure you get a safe meal. This afternoon I ordered an item marked gluten free and let the server know I have Celiac disease. A few moments later the manager came by to let me know one ingredient in the meal comes from a manufacturer that also processes wheat products. I appreciated this so much and was able to switch to another menu item that the kitchen could guarantee was absolutely gluten free. My plate was delivered by the manager with gloves on. Not only is the food always delicious, they truly care about their customers health & safety.

Had some drinks with a girlfriend here, it was my first time. It has such a wonderful welcoming vibe. I was so kindly greeted as soon as I walked in, I sat at the bar & was also promptly greeted by a server who gave me the specials, drink menu & informed me my bartender Shea would be with me shortly. The food was fantastic! I loved everything bite. Now, the service?? Outstanding!!! Shea took EXCELLENT care of my girlfriend n I!! So bubbly, informative & truly a pleasure! Thank you for such a great evening!

Wanted to try this spot for awhile so I stopped in with my family and then I was disappointed, it took about 40-45 minutes to receive our food. Our server wasn’t attentive at all, and did not acknowledge the long wait. The food was cold and the food was basic.

An absolute gem nestled in downtown Buford! The bread and sauce are simply divine – a taste sensation you won't forget. Treat yourself to an unforgettable culinary journey!

The calamari, chimichurri ribeye, country fried chicken, scallops, and the crème brûlée are delicious options. The service was great, Ivee was very attentive, polite, and check on us consistently. Strongly recommended Aqua Terra for either a family dinner or for a date night.

I've been a couple times and it's been wonderful every time. The seasonal specials are always a delight. I was served by Ivee on my last visit and she was wonderful.

Came here with family after family photo session. We were seated rite away. Service was great but food for the price was so so. Baked halibut was over cooked and dry, my wife's crab cakes were burnt/black, someone in our party ordered fried chicken it also appeared over cooked. Appetizers were great. Next time I'm in town I will patronize a different establishment.

Went for a business diner. Meet in the wine cellar. The servers did a good job and the food was good.
