Alexandra's Pizza Burnside

This is absolutely ridiculous. I purposely asked for CHEESE slices since I dont eat pepperoni. I called the restaurant the guy that answered my phone was annoyed the fact that i called about it even though every time i come in im very respectful. He said that the “next time” i come in he would give me a ONE free slice. That does not solve my issue with the fact that if i was allergic to it i could have died, and i said i didnt even eat the slice you gave me he said “ugh fine we can give you one” its like why on earth are you mixing the pepperoni with cheese in the first place?!!!! Some people could die. Very disappointing service i got today shame on the store manager that made the employees mix those together

Best pizza in town !!!

Staying at a local hotel we ordered pizza last night. We received a call from the front desk asking if we ordered food. The delivery driver left the order at the front desk and did not deliver it to the room. I asked the front desk agent if they allowed room deliveries. He said they always deliver to the rooms. That was the first time he had seen that. Terrible service. Delivery driver missed out on his tip. There are lots of pizza shops in the area. I recommend you pass on this one.

We have gone twice now. Had pizza, poutine, chicken burgers. We loved the food each time! Didn’t eat in, but waited for our food in the restaurant. We did not pay attention to the cleanliness. The first time we went, there was a team of three guys working, it was very busy. They multi tasked great together-had a good vibe- were really friendly! Would have been a 5 for service but the second time it was just one guy, and he was busyish; however friendliness shouldn’t affect that. He wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t friendly either. lol Either way! We will continue to order from here

Got a shawarma wrap Wasn’t cooked enough Wrap was really cold Chicken had no flavour Feels like they put everything into wrap directly from the refrigerator Disappointed Worst shawarma I’ve ever had

Fast and friendly service, everything we've tried has been delicious. Pizza, garlic fingers, lasagna, burgers, fries, mozza sticks, nachos, jalapeno poppers, donairs. 10/10 would recommend.

Pizza was good and was ready for takeout in 10 min. The guy at the cash was nice and it seemed like it would be a good place to eat in as well.
