Alexandra’s fresh homemade dough smothered in mozzarella cheese, brushed with garlic butter and baked to perfection.

Box includes: Freshly prepared dough for one pizza in the size ordered Our Alexandra’s secret recipe pizza sauce Pepperoni Mozzarella Cheese Directions: -Preheat oven to 450F. -Roll dough on a floured surface to the thickness you like or press with fingers directly into a metal pizza pan or cookie sheet. -Add the sauce and then the cheese. Pepperoni can go under the cheese (French) or over the cheese (Italian). -Cook for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and starts to brown to your liking. -Devour! Ideas: Divide a large pizza dough in half and make two small personal pizzas. Add your own toppings – a bit of parmesan, some veggies or meats. Be creative -You’re the Pizzaiolo! Lightly brush olive oil or garlic butter on the crust edges after it's cooked. Don’t be afraid to get messy – that’s the best part.

The only thing at Alexandra’s more well known than its Alexandra’s famous homemade tomato sauce is its Donair sauce. Our original recipe is coveted by many, but known by only a few!

Mozzarella cheese, Alexandra’s homemade gravy on a bed of crispy fries.

Crisp nacho chips are topped with freshly cut tomatoes, green and red onions, pineapple (yes, pineapple!) both mozzarella and cheddar cheeses and then baked until the cheese is perfectly melted. Served with a tangy salsa and sour cream.

Alexandra’s perfectly spiced Donair Meat, thinly sliced to Alexandra’s standards and topped with onions, tomatoes and our famous Donair sauce.

A family favourite – Our Southern Style Fried Chicken is freshly cut, bone in chicken, lightly seasoned then fried until the skin has crunch, but the meat inside is still tender and juicy. Served with ‘chips’ aka our Alexandra’s crispy fries and homemade gravy.

A sumptuous delight featuring 3 Mediterranean favourites: Spanokopita – Spanokopita is a Greek savoury pastry made with layers of buttered phyllo pastry, chopped spinach, feta cheese and seasoning – 3 pieces. Tyropita – Tyropita is a Greek pastry made with layers of buttered phyllo and filled with feta cheese 3 pieces. Chicken Souvlaki Dinner – Alexandra’s homemade marinated souvlaki chicken, served with our crispy french fries.

An Alexandra’s favourite, we use both Extra Virgin olive oil and Kalamata olives that are specially imported from Greece for this salad. Romaine lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes are tossed with olive oil and oregano then the salad is completed with feta cheese and Kalamata olives.
