110 Grill Portsmouth

We were a party of 12 with reservations celebrating my cousins son's confirmation. Some of us traveled from Florida for the occasion. We arrived and waited 30 minutes after our reserved time for our table to be ready. 2 servers took our beverage orders. Then proceeded to spill a glass of water and a glass of wine on three of our party and then a glass of beer on three others of our party on the other side of the table. Accidents do happen. But two in a row. The servers quickly disappeared and left us to clean up the messes. Eventually one server took an appetizer order from one of our party. When they arrived the rest of us asked if we could order appetizers. But the servers disappeared again. 20 minutes later they returned to take our dinner orders. After that no one showed up to ask for more beverage orders or to follow up about more appetizers. Another 30 minutes passed and our entrees arrived. The food was good. However, although many of us asked for refills of our beverages and water it was never delivered. We did notice in a pantry/wait station adjacent to our table, that six servers were gathered eating and joking everywhere. One point two people in our party had toclear the dishes from our table and bring them into the wait station. Finally my cousin had called and was told dhe could bring a frozen cake in for the celebratory dessert. She did so, instructing the staff to place the cake in a freezer. They said they would. However when she cut into the ice cream cake it had melted and ran everywhere. At no time during this debacle did a manager come to check on us ot address the horrid service. Indeed, upon leaving the grand mother and I asked to see the manager. Fifteen minutes later when he could deign to speak with us, after hearing what happened he simply said "no, that's not right. That's not how we do business" and walked away. This is outrageous. I can not believe your business is built on this sub par customer service. I can assure you that there are a dozen people who were treated in this off hand manner who intend to write reviews about what happened. I thought you should be aware of what goes on in your Portsmouth New Hampshire store.

the ribeye steak was mid, good fries and veggies, great service as well

I personally did not eat here but my wife and daughter, who has a severe dairy allergy ate here last night. My wife was overwhelmed with how accommodating they were and the level of seriousness that they took her allergy. I can't begin to tell you how amazing it is for us to go out to eat "like normal families do" and for it to not be a STRICTLY vegan restaurant. My wife told me she was close to tears. I just wanted to thank the staff at this great restaurant for giving them this experience. My wife and daughter are in town for a tour of UNH and I am very happy to know she will have a safe place to hang with friends and get a bite to eat without worry. It will definitely make the 5 and a half hour drive a little easier. Dietary restrictions: Severe dairy allergy

Great date spot. Super fancy establishment. They are not shy on portions. The pulled pork mac was great. There chicken sandwich was hearty! Will be back!

Steak sandwiches had great reviews. They were wrong. It left me with a sensation that I can only describe as a coating in my mouth and down my throat similar to what I can imagine beeswax would taste like melted. Service was great though!

Went here on a weekend vacation. Food was excellent. Service was great. The place is big, comfy, a little noisy but pretty typical for Fri night. Definitely would come back.

Great place to eat. Amazing food, good service. I wish they would put one in Maine.

We were there this evening sitting at the bar. When our food came out it was just warm.Bar tender never came over to ask how our meals were. Very non talkative. There was four couples at the bar .Restaurant was not busy it was early 4:30. Still doesn't give you the right to ignore patrons. We are the ones that help with your pay check. Long story short ,not a pleasant visit. Not sure we would go back!!
