Great atmosphere and really, really good beers. The staff are so friendly and I really appreciate the community they're building at this brewery through their many events and gatherings. Love that we can order a pizza from Walter's and enjoy a couple beers from Zymos. Makes for a great date night!
This lovely place has quickly become my favorite hang out spot. The beer is solid, wicked freaking good, and the atmosphere is great. Lots of comfy and cute chairs to curl up, sip a beer, and read a book. The people are hella friendly, welcoming, and fun to chat with. Non-alcohol options too!
Great beer and the bartender was fantastic!
Went to Zymos brewing on a Thursday night for a family function. I was a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a very good night. This place has a great atmosphere and plenty of different types of beers on tap. The owner Alex was very friendly and great with pairing me up with a wonderful beer that I thoroughly enjoy. I recommend going here if you’re interested in trying out some new beers and having a relaxing night. Thank you, Alex for a very good night and you have a very nice place. Too bad we missed. Hopefully he will be there next time.
Tried the IPA and left with a growler of the pale ale. The beer was great but the space is even better.
Feels modern industrial but great seating and vibes.
Trivia first and third Thursdays each month!
Will be back soon!
Good beer selection. Wish they had more darks, like dark lagers. Maybe a Belgian. Only real gripe is I never see food trucks, and I can't find them on their website calendar.
Excellent beer, and friendly staff come together to make a wonderful atmosphere!
While visiting in Denver I had the opportunity to patronize a community focused microbrewery in Littleton, Colorado… Zymos Brewing, which opened February 2024.
Owned and operated by Alex & Tyler along with James & Jen, and the savvy Zymos team members is located at 5180 S Lowell Blvd in Littleton, Colorado
James, the Brewer provides a tasty and diverse selection with the seven in-house tap brews he offers now with more on the horizon.
The Lower Baggot Street, a gluten reduced dry Irish stout was a delicious treat for one with non-celiac gluten sensitivity.
Zymos also offers house made Gossamer Seltzer, a cooler of alcohol-free options and a limited selection of pre-packaged small snack items.
Although they don’t offer a restaurant, you are encouraged to carry-in or order delivery. Also, they regularly host food trucks.
The Zymos taproom is open, airy enclosed between a front and back patio. Furnished with comfy chairs, long tables to play games, eat; and of course, stools at the one-of-a-kind bar top designed and created by Alex.
You’ll find a game library with a variety of styles and complexity (or you can BYOG),
Weekly game night and hosted trivia,
Zymos is dog friendly, allows kids under 18 when accompanied by a parent or guardian. After 8pm they are strictly a 21 and over establishment. They do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to purchase or consume alcohol.
This is a fun taproom, offered by good people with tasty brew. This is definite
establishment.
Thank you again Zymos Brewing for an epic Sunday Funday!
