Owner chef was worked at 'Gatten Sushi'(Japanese Company) as sushi chef for 4years, and 'Wild Wasabi'(Seattle Area) as sushi chef for 3 years and all total 15 years of sushi chef experience. He made all sauces from scratch and uses only fresh ingredients and A graded fish to serve to our customers ,so they can enjoy fresh and tasty meals!
